Role Summary :
The Integrated Marketing Lead will own and drive the company's integrated marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This leadership role requires expertise in digital campaign management, marketing automation, data analytics, and cross-department collaboration to optimize marketing ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Generate leads via digital channels including email marketing, SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp.
- Implement and enforce best practices across digital channels, including segmentation, targeting, frequency, and deliverability.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Email Campaign Management
Design, edit, test, and deploy email campaigns using various communication tools.Create and manage multiple email templates.Utilize marketing automation platforms to build automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and personalized customer journeys.Conduct A / B testing to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, visuals, and calls to action.Digital Media Planning
Plan, develop, and execute ongoing lead generation campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content marketing channels.Build and manage customer journeys from lead generation through to acquisition.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.Coordinate with relevant teams to gather audience lists.Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel and optimize marketing ROI.Marketing Automation
Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automated campaigns across web and email platforms (HubSpot, MoEngage, etc.).Create and test workflows and automation processes.Use CRM and automation tools to segment and target customer groups effectively with personalized content.Identify new automation opportunities and ensure smooth execution.Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate with sales, product, IT, and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives and execution.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.Stay updated on the latest marketing tools and trends.Skills Required :
Proven experience (8–12 years) in marketing, with strong expertise in email marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Netcore, Gupshup, and other marketing automation platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 applications.Strong skills in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, IT, and customer support teams.Skilled at managing relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and partners.Strong understanding of marketing compliance and ethical standards.Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing technologies and tools.Skills Required
