- Own the cross-sell implementation backlog and lead end-to-end delivery of cross-sell surfaces that drive customer and business success through personalization and AI-supported offer recommendations.
- Develop and drive roadmap for on-going enhancement of Ad Server capabilities.
- Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams including Engineering, UX, Creative, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to build and maintain integrations, ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery of marketing projects.
- Oversee BAU delivery of multi-channel marketing offers, continuously refining program performance based on stakeholder feedback and metrics.
- Recommend and implement new offers to support business objectives.
- Monitor campaigns and analyze results, coordinate strategy adjustments with engineers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate current processes, identifying opportunities for further automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation on automation processes and workflows.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on automation projects, milestones, and performance metrics.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
Minimum 5 years marketing automation experience.Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-add solutions.Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical requirements.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.Knowledgeable in use of Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager implementations.Skills Required
