Purpose Of Role / Summary
We're looking for a strategic and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our partner and Introducing Broker (IB) network. You'll identify new opportunities, support existing partners, and represent the company in key markets. This role requires strong market awareness, excellent communication skills, and regular travel to build lasting relationships and drive revenue.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential partnership and introducing brokers' opportunities for integration into the companyEffectively communicate the company's value, technology, procedures, and partnerships to external stakeholdersSupport existing partnerships by consistently delivering excellent service to boost their performanceStay updated on daily financial market developments and suggest growth strategies to managementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer serviceEnsure that always stays updated with regards to the current competitionExpand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervisionTravel regularly to establish and maintain partner relationships and organize different types of eventsEnsure that business targets meet organizational expectationsAny other duties and responsibilities the Company might request, relevant to the roleRequired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is a plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the FX, CFDs, or financial services industryStrong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulationsA strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clientsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to identify opportunities and make informed decisionsProven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneouslySelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goalsProficiency in CRM software and MS Office SuiteFurther Info
