Role & responsibilities :
- Manage inbound customer calls related to motor insurance policies.
- Assist customers with policy updates, claims, renewals, and other motor insurance services.
- Ensure high-quality communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile :
Looking for graduates only.Minimum 1 year of International voice process experience required.No gap of more than 6 months in last 2 years of employment.Should have excellent communication skills.Skills Required
