About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Channel Partner Manager to expand and manage our partner network across Pan Mumbai & Navi Mumbai , with a special focus on the Western Line suburbs . The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the developer lobby, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving sales through channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, particularly in the Western Line market .
- Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and briefings to ensure channel partners are well-informed.
- Collaborate with channel partners to identify potential clients and assist in closing sales.
- Act as a bridge between the company and partners to ensure alignment on goals.
- Support channel partners in lead generation and monitor lead conversion to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement joint sales strategies and maximize conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the Western Line and Central Suburbs .
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team for strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, performance, and opportunities in CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong experience in channel partner management , preferably in real estate.Established network and experience in the Western Line suburbs .Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Deep market knowledge, including trends, competitor insights, and industry practices.What We Offer :
