Description
As a Java Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable, resilient solutions. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on coding, guiding teams to implement best practices and modern architectural patterns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of talented Java developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement while actively participating in coding activities.
- Design, develop, and refine system architecture to meet evolving business and technology needs.
- Write, review, and optimize high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Promote and implement best practices in coding, architecture, cloud adoption, and CI / CD pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to ensure system scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java-based software solution development.Strong expertise in Core Java with a solid understanding of Java EE technologies.Extensive experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-based architectures , especially with OpenShift or Kubernetes .Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks like Kafka and caching solutions such as Gemfire or Ignite .In-depth understanding of event-driven architecture and scalable solutions.Solid knowledge of microservices architecture , distributed systems , and RESTful API development.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and work collaboratively with development teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.Preferred Qualifications
