Position Overview : The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within a designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills to engage with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the medical device industry and demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy and Execution : Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to align initiatives and meet sales goals.Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons and KOLs, to promote product adoption and expand market presence.Market Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and gain insights into competitor activities.Presentations and Demonstrations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.Sales Reporting : Regularly generate and present reports on sales performance, financial data, and market trends to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Event Participation : Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and develop strategic partnerships.Collaborative Efforts : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure unified efforts towards achieving company goals.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.Minimum 8+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
