Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – International Field Marketing to lead our field and regional marketing efforts across international markets (North America, Europe, SEA, MEA, LatAm). This leader will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, and event-led initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, and enable sales success globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the international field marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to ensure marketing programs support pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Build integrated campaigns (digital + offline) to generate and accelerate leads across global regions.
  • Execute targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives for enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Events & Field Marketing Execution

  • Own and manage participation in global events, conferences, trade shows, and local roadshows.
  • Conceptualize and execute region-specific events, workshops, and CXO roundtables.
  • Regional GTM Enablement

  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and sales enablement teams to create localized messaging, collaterals, and thought leadership.
  • Enable sales teams with campaigns, playbooks, and market intelligence tailored to regions.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global field marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships in international markets.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report campaign ROI, pipeline influence, and regional marketing performance.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Key Requirements

  • 14–18+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 6–8 years in B2B SaaS / Martech .
  • Proven success in international field marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles.
  • Strong understanding of global GTM motions, enterprise sales cycles, and regional nuances .
  • Experience managing large-scale events, sponsorships, and roadshows internationally.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events, customer meetings, and field engagements.
