Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stores Incharge to take full ownership of stores and inventory operations at our main factory. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to material movement and stock management.

You will play a key role in implementing our ERP system (SAP Business One) and building robust processes for day-to-day inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records for all inward and outward material

Manage tagging, binning, and physical arrangement of material in stores

Issue material to production as per indents and update records in ERP

Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Production teams for material planning

Prepare GRNs, handle rejections, and manage return processes

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock

Define and maintain reorder levels, safety stock, and inventory master data

Lead store discipline, 5S, and proper documentation practices

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in a stores or inventory role in a manufacturing company

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred)

Familiar with fabrication items, hardware, consumables, and BOM structures

Proficient in Excel and basic stock reconciliation practices

Reliable, process-driven, and physically hands-on
