Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle onboarding tasks such as document collection, induction, ID creation , and welcome kits.
2. HR Operations & Records Management
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manual systems.Prepare and issue letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).Support attendance, leave, and payroll input processes .3. Employee Engagement & Communication
Help organize employee engagement programs , events, and celebrations.Support internal communication efforts (emailers, HR updates, posters).Collect employee feedback and escalate concerns as needed.4. Statutory Compliance & Policy Support
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) .Maintain documentation required for audits and HR inspections.Help educate employees on HR policies and procedures.5. Training & Development (If applicable)
Coordinate internal / external training sessions, workshops, and attendance .Maintain training records and track completion status.Qualifications
Essential :
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)1–3 years of experience in HR or admin-related rolesDesirable :
MBA / PG Diploma in Human ResourcesExperience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Darwinbox, GreytHR)Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR policiesSkills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communicationExcellent organization and time managementGood interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityBasic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Problem-solving and a proactive mindsetSkills Required
