Manage end-to-end statutory compliance for all functions Field Force, Manufacturing Units, and R&D Centers.Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly compliance reports with detailed tracking and analysis.Keep abreast of legal changes and ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and government guidelines.Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments initiate corrective actions where needed.Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for inspections, licenses, and updates.Drive internal awareness on compliance standards through training sessions and policy updates.Preferred candidate profile :
- Candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of hard-core experience in managing statutory compliance in pharmaceutical company.
- Candidate will maintain monthly compliance reports.
- Responsible for compliance across Field, Plant, and R&D Corporate functions.
