Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Digital Ad Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Operations Manager. In this role the objective is to supporting senior management, overseeing daily operations, supervising and motivating staff, managing customer service, handling administrative tasks like scheduling and inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and goals. Also, to improve the quality of service of the Ad Ops team and to minimize incidents and ensures the same by filtering all errors in campaign / creative set-up before campaign is launched.
Responsibilities
An Operations Manager ensures daily business activities run efficiently by overseeing processes, managing resources, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, process optimization, quality control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments. They analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, manage vendor relationships, and support staff development and motivation.
Core Responsibilities
Process Management : Streamlining workflows, managing daily operations, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives and foster sustainable growth.
Resource Management : Overseeing budgets, managing resources (like materials and finances), and ensuring efficient allocation to support operational goals.
Staff & Team Leadership : Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work culture, and managing team performance to maximize productivity.
Performance Monitoring : Establishing performance metrics (KPIs), analyzing data to identify operational bottlenecks, and preparing reports on performance.
Quality Control : Conducting checks and implementing systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Compliance & Safety : Ensuring operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Clients & leadership to represent business trends (reviews), to align operations with organizational goals and build strong relationships.
Interdepartmental Collaboration : Working with other departments to align operational processes with overall organizational objectives and goals.
Problem-Solving : Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications / business administration / digital media or a related field.
Strong hold on client management and team management.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Understanding of campaign management process and ad functionality.
Sound understanding of the digital media ecosystem, social media and related fields.
Strong understanding of programmatic media is strongly preferred
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the online advertising domain.
Familiarity with ad serving technologies, ad networks, and digital marketing concepts (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, or similar).
Comfortable working in day or night shifts / rotational
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong excel working knowledge
Strong skills in managing Operations, Data Analysis
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Digital / CTV / OTT advertising platforms is preferred (an added value)
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript tags, and third-party ad tracking.
Understanding of digital media metrics and reporting.
Attention to the details, Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
