This will need leaders who can take the mantle of responsibility towards this opportunity. Our current enterprise base of 1500 customers is spread across the country and will become the core of our growth engine. Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS. Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office. Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair. Oversee and coordinate events. Travel management. Inventory management of supplies and assets. Manage HK / Security / Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations. Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing. Recommend cost saving options. Procuring / renewal of admin related licenses and MIS. Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organised approach to multitasking. Strong customer focus and stakeholder management. Proficient in MS office. Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
