Job description
  • Manage end-to-end ocean export operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and process flow.
  • Create jobs and handle bookings and vessel scheduling in coordination with carriers and agents.
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BLs), Shipping Instructions (SI), and AMS filings as per customer and carrier requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Track and update Daily Shipment Reports (DSR) for ongoing consignments.
  • Ensure timely submission of Shipping Order Bookings (SOB) and documentation release to relevant parties.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance with internal policies and international shipping regulations.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to avoid shipment delays or compliance breaches.
  • Liaise with customs, port authorities, and clients as needed to support export documentation and clearance.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements in export logistics.
