ROI Magnet is a performance marketing agency based in Pune, working with 50+ D2C brands in India and internationally. We specialize in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, Shopify development, and creative solutions. We are expanding our sales team to achieve our goal of 100+ clients by Dec 2025.
π― Role Overview :
We are looking for energetic Inside Sales Executives who will be responsible for generating leads, cold emailing, cold calling, prospect qualification, and booking meetings with brand founders and decision-makers.
π Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Research and build a pipeline of potential D2C and lead-gen businesses using Apollo, LinkedIn, Smartreach, and other tools.
- Cold Outreach : Send 40β50 personalized cold emails daily and conduct regular cold calls to prospects.
- Prospect Qualification : Identify decision-makers, understand needs, and qualify leads for meetings.
- Meeting Scheduling : Book 10β15 qualified meetings per month for the Ops Team and the founder. Ensure proper follow-ups and reminders.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of outreach, calls, and lead stages in Zoho CRM.
- Collaboration : Share feedback with ops teams to refine pitch decks, case studies, and offers.
- Events & Networking : Occasionally attend client meetings, expos, or networking events to generate leads.
π KPIs (Scope of Work)
Daily : 40β50 cold emails + 15β20 cold calls logged in CRM.Weekly : 2β3 qualified meetings booked.Monthly : 10β15 qualified meetings with brand founders / decision-makers.Pipeline : Maintain 200β300 active prospects in CRM.π€ Ideal Candidate Profile :
0.6 β 2 years of experience in sales / business development / inside sales (SaaS, EdTech, agencies, recruitment background preferred).Excellent written & spoken communication (English mandatory; Hindi / Marathi a plus).Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and Apollo prospecting.Basic knowledge of CRM, sales automation tools, and Google Workspace.Strong attitude towards targets, persistence, and handling rejection.π° Compensation :
Fixed : βΉ18,000 β βΉ45,000 per month (based on experience).
Incentives : Percentage payout per deal closed from the leads.
