Role Overview : -
We are seeking a Talent Transformation Lead to drive large-scale transformation across the organization with a focus on culture, sales / pre-sales capability, and delivery team excellence. This role is distinct from day-to-day Talent Management and will focus on Learning & Development (L&D), workforce capability building, and repurposing talent for the future of work. The Talent Transformation Lead will design, orchestrate, and execute initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and OEM partners.

1.Strategic Talent Transformation
- Lead the design and execution of the Talent Transformation roadmap across the organization with the following goals :
Organisation-wide culture transformation.
Sales and Pre-sales transformation to strengthen market-facing teams.
Delivery team transformation – validating ~400 roles (L1–L3) against industry standards and defining reskilling / upskilling needs.
Repurpose existing talent pools for future capabilities aligned to platforms, AI, and next-gen services.2.Learning & Development (L&D) Focus
Conceive and execute structured L&D programs for capability building.Develop a training blueprint including certifications, vendor partnerships (Microsoft and others), and timelines.Collaborate with internal L&D teams to embed transformation into day-to-day employee development.3.Ecosystem & Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with OEM partners and leverage their expertise for capability building.Engage with L4 and L5 leads to align technical skill-building with business needs.Manage small, specialized vendors for niche training requirements.4.Operational Planning & Execution
Define and manage transformation timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.Work with Finance / Procurement to raise SOs and manage budget approvals.Monitor program progress, track KPIs, and provide leadership updates.5.Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to align transformation goals with business strategy.Work closely with HR (Talent Management & L&D) while maintaining a clear separation between talent management and talent transformation.Qualifications & Experience : -
15+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Capability Transformation, preferably in IT services / consulting.Proven expertise in large-scale transformation programs (culture, sales enablement, workforce capability).Strong grounding in Learning & Development methodologies.Experience working with external ecosystems (OEMs, training vendors, certification bodies).Demonstrated ability to design and implement training / skill frameworks at scale.MBA / PGDM in HR, Organization Development, or related field preferred.Skills & Competencies : -
