About The Role

As an Operations Manager, you'll be working closely with our Ongoing monitoring (first line of defence) team, in order to deliver a responsive, efficient and reliable service to ensure we continue to scale at a rapid pace and meet our regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for a number of Tide's critical workstreams and ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for a team that is continuously looking for optimisations, build and monitor KPI / SLA frameworks, represent the wider OM team at senior governance forums, implement operations methodologies and will investigate production issues. You will be working across streams such as transaction monitoring, fraud, sanctions screening, international payments and more!

You will report to the Director of Ongoing Monitoring within the Ongoing Monitoring team and have full ownership and management of a specific Ongoing Monitoring Function workstream, headcount and workload forecasts. You will work closely with Tide's technical and non-technical teams, analysing and excelling at solving problems to arrive at the right solution. In this role you'll become a key member of Tide's Ongoing Monitoring Leadership team, scaling our presence in the UK and our new EU markets.
