SAP Infra Associate Manager - Operations, Projects and Governance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery in SAP BASIS / System Administration for SAP project scopes.
• Collaborate with IT teams on solution design, resource planning, and cost estimation for project pursuits.
• Design SAP landscape architecture and system sizing aligned with global standards (PGT / PIRT).
• Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including S / 4 HANA, ECC, BI, PI / PO, Portal, and BOBJ.
• Support performance testing, analysis, and resolution of system performance issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents.
• Manage technical cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and technical design reviews for compliance with standards.
• Maintain documentation of architecture, system management procedures, and project artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with release and change management processes and governance controls.
• Facilitate smooth transition to operations, including knowledge transfer and hypercare exit criteria.
• Prevent critical incidents by proactive problem management and hypercare oversight.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through continuous learning.
