Job Summary :

This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. The CFO will lead functions including finance, investor relations, treasury, commercial and legal affairs, compliance, and will play a pivotal role in driving organic and inorganic growth, including IPO readiness and capital market activities.

Qualifications and Requirements : 1. Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. 2. 2-3 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role. 3. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
