Key Responsibilities :

• Meet and engage prospective clients through calls, site visits, and walk-ins .
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Coordinate property visits and guide clients through project features, pricing, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions .
• Maintain a strong relationship with builders and developer teams.
• Negotiate offers, support documentation, and assist in closure of deals.
• Actively promote Raheja's listings through field marketing and local networking.
