RPA Developer

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong experience in Automation Anywhere.

The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions on Automation Anywhere and should be passionate about exploring new RPA platforms to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using RPA Automation Anywhere.
• Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders (Internal & External) on RPA tools and best practices.
• Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage client expectations by communicating project progress / status, addressing concerns / escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.

Qualifications

This is a Hybrid Work Model with three days presence in office mandatory on a weekly basis
