We are looking for a skilled RPA Power Platform Engineer to drive citizen development by enabling business users through training and hands-on solution building using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work across teams to simplify existing End User Developed Applications (EUDAs), develop scalable automation solutions, and ensure best practices in design, integration, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Enable Citizen Development :
- Train business users on Power Apps and foster a self-service development culture.
- Support and handhold users in designing and developing solutions for process improvement and EUDA simplification.
Solution Development & Delivery :
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop) and Power Apps.Create and maintain custom connectors, and integrate Power Platform apps with external systems and services.Build robust solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.Conduct end-to-end delivery including packaging, environment setup, role-based access, and governance adherence.Collaboration & Governance :
Work with Product Owners to provide solution guidance, backlog prioritization, and technical oversight.Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful, secure delivery of Power Platform and RPA solutions.Testing & Quality Assurance :
Develop and execute tests to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of delivered solutions.Required Skills and Experience :
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including :1. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
2. Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop / RPA)
3. Dataverse
4. AI Builder
Experience in Power Automate Desktop for RPA solutions.Solid understanding of Azure services and integration scenarios.Proven experience with end-to-end solution delivery on the Power Platform, including governance, role assignments, packaging, and lifecycle management.Knowledge of custom connector development and external API integrations.Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with business users and technical stakeholders.Ability to simplify complex processes and drive solution adoption across non-technical teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
