RPA Power platform

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new PowerApps (Model-driven & Canvas apps) and enhance existing solutions.

Build and maintain Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio) for conversational workflows.

Develop and optimize cloud and desktop flows using Power Automate.

Write and troubleshoot complex formulas and apply proven development methods.

Design and implement Power Automate workflows including triggers, actions, conditions, and loops for business process automation.

Create and configure connectors / integrations between systems and applications for seamless data flow.

Develop custom connectors using languages like C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Python to integrate external systems with Power Automate.

Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Deliver projects within tight timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (at least one full project).

PL-200 certification (mandatory).

Experience in IT / ITSM projects.

Knowledge of VBA and UiPath (nice-to-have).

Excellent verbal / written communication and logical problem-solving skills.

Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience in enterprise integrations with Power Platform.

Exposure to advanced automation and AI features in Power Platform.
