Senior RPA Developer - UiPath

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload across various business units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components, with a strong understanding of automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation goals.
• Build reusable components and follow modular design principles.
• Maintain, support, and monitor automated workflows in production.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Adhere to RPA governance and security standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing as required.
• Work with Orchestrator to schedule and monitor bots.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote RPA within the organization.
