Production Analyst - RPA

Job descriptionDevelop and support RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere. Coordinate workflow automation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA within defined SLAs. Support bot performance monitoring and create dashboards using MI reporting tools. Contribute to continuous improvement of automated processes and workflows. Provide off-hour or flexible shift support based on business needs. 4+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Process Owner, or Workflow Coordinator. Hands-on experience with RPA tools : UiPath (preferred), Power Automate, Automation Anywhere. Experience working in IT Support teams with flexible or rotating shifts. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile delivery frameworks. Exposure to AI-based tools and technologies is a plus. Experience with MI (Management Information) reporting tools for bot performance tracking and dashboarding is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. UiPath Certification or equivalent RPA tool certifications. Experience working in large-scale automation projects or transformation initiatives. Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Analyst / Process Owner / Workflow Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in automation, support operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools (preferably UiPath), strong exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Exposure to AI tools and bot monitoring / reporting dashboards is a strong advantage.
