Role Responsibilities :
- Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for the liabilities portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-sell, marketing, and personalization teams for campaign rollout
- Track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and optimize conversion funnels
- Work closely with assisted channels to drive engagement and reduce drop-offs
Job Requirements :
MBA from Tier I / II institute with 5+ years in digital campaign execution within banking, NBFC, fintech, or consumer techStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skillsProven track record of running high-impact digital campaignsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesSkills Required
