We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Lead who lives and breathes data and creativity, and adrenaline-pumped campaigns. You'll be the brains behind the clicks - driving growth, optimizing funnels, and making sure every rupee spent brings in results. If you thrive on cracking algorithms, scaling experiments, and seeing numbers climb in real time, this one's got your name on it.
- What you&aposll do :
- Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Define, track and constantly improve on KPIs across channels - ad spends, CAC, ROAS, etc.
- Build content strategy for top, mid and bottom funnel ads to optimize ROAS.
- Run A / B tests to optimize creatives, audiences & landing pages.
- Build strong brand presence to drive sales.
- Qualitatively assess the sales across brands and build strategies to boost slow moving SKUs
- Dive deep into metrics and dashboards to extract insights that drive scale.
- Build new marketing channels (Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, influencer marketing, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creatives team to create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion and drive results.
- Produce daily reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify issues and opportunities for growth.
- We want you, if you :
- Have 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in advertising platforms like Meta and Google Ads
- Can understand metrics across the funnel like Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPV, CTR, ROAS, etc.
- Have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and brand positioning
- Experience with fashion marketplaces.
- Proven experience in Social Media Analytics, Reporting of Social Media Data.
