The Role

As an EAM Solution Consultant you will be a critical delivery leader within our Value360 Transformation Programs owning the solution design customer engagement and value realization for maintenance and operations deployments.

You will lead workshops craft solution architectures model financial impact (EBITDA gains) and guide customers through the solution journeyfrom discovery to implementation and ROI validation. Your work will directly influence how some of the largest industrial enterprises improve execution discipline reliability safety and cost efficiency.

Business Discovery & Value Hypothesis

• Lead onsite or virtual discovery sessions with maintenance operations and reliability teams in Oil & Gas Chemicals and other asset-heavy industries.
• Document as-is processes through Day-In-the-Life (DILO) shadowing time-on-tools analysis and notification quality audits.
• Create Value Hypotheses that link work management KPIs (e.g. backlog weeks OT % PM / CM ratio) to hard-dollar EBITDA impact.
• Conduct Work Management Maturity Assessments benchmarking planning / scheduling / execution practices against industry standards.
