Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure daily office facility operations are smooth and efficient
  • Supervise housekeeping and security teams
  • Manage employee transport and coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, flights)
  • Serve as the primary contact for visa applications and liaise with visa agencies
  • Maintain optimal office supplies availability
  • Support the organization of in-house and offsite office events
  • Participate in new projects and perform special tasks as needed

Reporting & Administrative Duties :

  • Prepare and share reports on office-related activities with management
  • Maintain and verify the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring annual physical verification of assets
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping and security staff performance
  • Act as a backup team member during leave periods
  • Process & Compliance :

  • Implement best practices, controls, and automation to enhance productivity
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company safety guidelines
  • Support corporate initiatives, including system implementations and transformations
  • Handle all other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Graduation in any field;
  • knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles within MNCs
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERPs like Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and collaborate across teams
  • Flexibility to work on holidays, weekends, and in any shift as required
