DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand JLL IFM Service contract.
- Take over the Site, actively call out snags and snag closure.
- Vendor Management aligning with all supplier to establish and maintain operational stability, compliance score, timely execution of work and cost efficiency and KPI meeting with client & suppliers / service providers.
- Highlight operational issues on real time basis which requires assistance, guidance, and approval.
- Landlord Management – Aligning with Landlord to timely resolve issue, invoice processing.
- Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
- Forecast budget and manage the same within negligible variance (JLL Baseline & Nike budget).
- Come up with initiatives towards best practices & cost efficient / saving etc.
- Tracking & control – Inventory, expenses, PO, timely invoice submission.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the IFM function.
- Plan, organize employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance of regulations of JLL management and Nike (Nike in coordination with client).
- Assist in general administrative activities as required.
- KPI meetings with supplier.
- Regular meeting with Admins / stake holders to understand the day-to-day or periodic requirement
- Open to take additional duties / out of scope activities as and when required by client.

KEY COMPETENCIES
Any Electrical Engineering Graduate (with minimum 08-10 years of experience in Factory Facilities Management & minimum 2 years of experience at the level of senior manager)English-excellent written and oral communication skills – MandatoryKnowledge of Local language – AdvantageKnowledge & Proficiency on :Soft Services (including events)Human experienceSkills Required
