Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the head office, ensuring efficiency and proper maintenance.
- Act as the first point of contact for office administration issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage external vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and travel processes; ensure adherence and audit readiness.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the office.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, bookings, itineraries, and related support.
- Support planning and execution of company events and gatherings.
- Handle onboarding logistics, including preparation of joining kits and employee stationery.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments for smooth operational support.
