About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing vendor relationships, coordinating travel and accommodation, and handling facilities management, while driving cost efficiency and process excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Office & Facilities Management :

  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance of office premises to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Manage cafeteria services, security, and front office operations.

Vendor & Procurement Management :

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for housekeeping, travel, stationery, cafeteria, and events.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Travel & Accommodation :

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including tickets, hotel stays, and local logistics.
  • Implement travel policies to optimize costs.
  • Event & Office Administration :

  • Organize and manage company events, employee engagement programs, and corporate meetings.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and equipment.
  • Compliance & Documentation :

  • Maintain administrative policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee documentation related to vendors, contracts, and office assets.
  • Team Leadership :

  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff and front-office personnel.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in administration or facilities management.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (English required; additional regional languages preferred).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
