Position : Senior Executive - offline Marketing (Brand)
Location : Gurgaon
Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to drive Zingbus&apos offline brand experience and marketing efforts. This role will focus on ensuring consistent branding across all offline touchpoints, from bus branding, uniform standardization to lounges, hoardings, and on-ground marketing activations. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage operations alignment, and drive visibility mechanisms to ensure the brand experience is consistently executed across locations.
What you will do :
Branding Standardization & Implementation
Define and maintain brand consistency across buses, lounges, uniforms, and other offline assets .Develop branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance across all Zingbus assets.Work closely with vendors to execute bus branding, uniforms, and other physical branding assets while ensuring high-quality output.Collaborate with the Operations team to enforce branding across buses and maintain consistency in execution.Implement visibility mechanisms to track branding effectiveness and maintain standardization.Vendor & Operations Coordination
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing, uniform manufacturing, and branding execution .Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and proper implementation of branding across locations.Regularly audit and assess branding quality and maintenance in buses and physical locations.Offline Marketing & Activations
Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations .Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance Zingbus' presence across cities.Work on innovative branding activations at high-footfall locations such as terminals and bus lounges.Track marketing effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize for better engagement and ROI.What we are looking for :
3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.Show more
