Monday–Friday
9 : 30 AM–7 : 30 PM

(A personal fully functional laptop is a must have)

Craft & execute brand strategy across offline & digital channels.

Own GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns & seasonal activations.

Lead market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights to sharpen our edge.

Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns.

Manage brand shoots : ideation → storyboarding → production → post-delivery.

Oversee daily creative output—web, POS, packaging, performance assets.

Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams & agencies.

Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp & loyalty programs for retention and engagement.

Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI.

Plan and manage brand marketing budget—smart, efficient, impactful.

Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand initiatives.

1. 6–7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital).

2. Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns & digital-first strategies.

3. Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print & digital video).

4. Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing & retention tools.

5. Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

7. Digital marketing, analytics, or brand management certifications are a plus.
