Hiring :  Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager in Goa

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to promote hotel rooms in Goa. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing skills & a smart personality.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to increase room occupancy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients & travel agents by visiting different zones within India.

Coordinate with the reservations and front office team for seamless guest experience.

Prepare sales reports and to visit major Travel & Tourism Fairs in Metropolitan cities .

Requirements :

Graduate in Marketing / Hospitality Management (preferred).

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing (Goa experience preferred).

Smart communication & presentation skills and achieve monthly targets.

Salary : Commensurate with experience & performance, however present salary drawn & expected salary to be intimated.
