We are looking for a passionate and driven marketing professional with a min of 2 yrs to join our dynamic team at Livspace. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in retail branding, community building, and event management. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping brand experiences, driving community engagement, and accelerating growth for a new, high-impact brand initiative.
What you’ll do
Ideate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and sales within the target market.
Drive consistent retail branding by working on store facades and internal branding in-store activations to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with business teams to plan and execute events at experience centres, building strong communities of architects and interior designers.
Lead the planning and execution of large-format trade exhibitions, community building, launches, and experiential events to showcase our products and offerings.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams – Business, Category, Product Development, Creative, and Tech – to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manage external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs and overseeing execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Who you are :
A marketing professional / enthusiast with 2+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles.
Relevant experience in Retail branding, community building, and event management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed for Events and launches.
Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
