We are entering a high-growth phase and seeking a dynamic, results-driven HoReCa Sales Manager to build and grow our B2B revenue pipeline in Gurugram / Delhi NCR and beyond.
Role Overview
As HoReCa Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth by onboarding premium hotels, restaurants, and cafés into our OmniMarketplace platform. You will build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement heads to ensure adoption of our hyper-local, fresh, Beyond Organic produce .
This role is about hustle, ownership, and execution — you’ll be directly responsible for turning pilots into repeat orders and making the OmniMarketplace the go-to source for premium HoReCa in NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Identify and onboard premium HoReCa clients (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, institutional buyers).
Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 50 active leads within 3 months.
2.Revenue Growth
Drive revenue targets from trial to recurring orders.
Ensure OmniMarketplace achieves reasonable GMV in HoReCa sales within Year 1 (Delhi NCR focus).
3.Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B heads, and procurement managers.
Conduct product demos, tastings, and INNOFarms.AI-powered farm tours to showcase value.
4. Go-to-Market Execution
Work with the marketing team to create pitch decks, product teasers, and campaigns for HoReCa .
Capture feedback and work with agronomy / product teams to align supply with demand.
5.Reporting & Strategy
Weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline.
Provide insights into pricing, demand patterns, and competitive landscape.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 2–7 years in premium HoReCa sales, B2B fresh produce, foodservice distribution, or F&B tech platforms.
Network : Strong existing contacts with chefs, hotels, restaurants, and cafés in Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
Skills : Hustler mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Startup DNA : Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and hungry to grow revenue fast.
Bonus : Experience in AgriTech, FoodTech, or Premium F&B brands.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : Depending on experience.
Performance Incentives : Sales-based commission
Growth Path : Potential to become Regional Head of Sales – India with ESOPs post pre-Series A funding.
