Job description

Qualification and experience :

Qualified Chartered Accountant, and;
Minimum 2 years of Big 4 consulting experience of handling direct tax compliances and direct tax advisor

Key responsibilities :

Prepare advance tax, TDS, tax audit reports, tax returns and handle various other direct tax compliances and reconcile the same with the books of accounts

Having knowledge and experience of international tax legislation and related compliances.

Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.

Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures.

Advise on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

Handling assessments. audits and litigations independently along with internal stakeholder and consultants

Technical skills :

Strong understanding of Income tax and related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of SOX compliances and fixed asset management would be additional advantage.

Proficiency in using tax software and tools for GST compliance and reporting.
