About the Role -

Posting Location : MUMBAI,THANE,SINDHUDURG,CHANDRAPUR,GADCHIROLI,NASHIK,AHMEDNAGAR,NANDURBAR

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement) : Rs. 12000 – 29500

Responsibilities -

1. Health Screening Program Implementation

  • Plan and conduct health screening camps at construction sites in coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the availability of medical equipment, diagnostic tools, and trained personnel for screenings.
  • Monitor screening procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with health standards.

2. Worker Health & Wellness Management

  • Identify health risks and common occupational illnesses among construction workers.
  • Ensure timely referral of workers requiring further medical attention.
  • Educate workers on hygiene, disease prevention, and health management.
  • 3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate screenings.
  • Work closely with labor contractors, site managers, and government health agencies to ensure smooth execution of health programs.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and welfare organizations for worker health benefits.
  • 4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate health records of workers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Generate reports on health trends and submit them to management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor health regulations and industry best practices.
  • 5. Compliance & Safety Standards

  • Ensure that all health screenings adhere to state and national healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain workplace safety and infection control standards at screening sites.
  • Stay updated on occupational health and safety guidelines for construction workers.
  • Qualifications - Education details

    Essential : MBA in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration

  • M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Health Sciences
  • Post Qualification Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field such as public health, healthcare operations, diagnostics, hospital administration, or health screening programs.

  • Experience in worker health programs, occupational health, or community healthcare projects will be an added advantage.
