Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, implement innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and role expectations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
  • Create and release job descriptions and announcements across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct various types of interviews (phone, video, in-person) and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and senior managers to refine and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Track and update candidate status in the ATS in real-time, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the interview process.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and finalizing employment terms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in real estate, interior fit-out design & build companies, PMCs, IPCs, or leading commercial real estate firms .
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong bias for action and customer-centric approach .
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and internet research techniques .
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to connect with top talent.
