Key Responsibilities :

Lead Conversion & Client Support : Respond to inquiries via email / phone, understand client needs, recommend suitable programs, and assist with registration.
Empathetic Sales Approach : Build trust, provide tailored solutions, and convert leads while maintaining a non-aggressive sales style.
Health Information Management : Handle client health records with care, ensuring privacy compliance.
Client Onboarding & Communication : Guide clients through onboarding, ensure smooth transitions, and provide ongoing support.
Reporting & Collaboration : Track sales metrics, provide insights, and work with internal teams to enhance processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

3+ years in sales, preferably in healthcare / wellness.

Strong communication, organizational skills & CRM proficiency.

Experience handling confidential health data.
