Performance Marketing Manager

We are now looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale our brand presence and drive franchise acquisition, center admissions, and brand engagement across India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategize and Execute : Develop, implement, and manage result-oriented performance marketing campaigns to drive franchise leads and admissions growth.
• Multi-Channel Campaign Management : Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, Display, Retargeting, and Affiliate channels.
• Market & Audience Research : Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and identify target audiences to design effective campaigns tailored to specific geographies (Tier I, II & III cities).
• Performance Optimization : Regularly monitor KPIs (Cost per Lead, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CAC), A / B test creatives and copies, and optimize landing pages to improve overall ROI.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with the Creative, SEO, Academic, Sales, and Development teams to ensure the alignment of campaign goals, creatives, and messaging.
• Analytics & Reporting : Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms to track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Share actionable insights with key stakeholders regularly.
• Budget Management : Strategically allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels to maximize returns while maintaining efficiency.
• Agency / Vendor Management : Manage relationships with digital agencies and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of assets.
• Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and apply innovative strategies to keep Makoons ahead in the education sector.
