• About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

• Performance Marketing Executive
• with a minimum of 3 years of performance marketing experience to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives in driving measurable results across multiple digital channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and contributing to our clients' exponential growth across diverse markets including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, , and emerging platforms
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
• Manage substantial marketing budgets while maintaining cost efficiency and performance targets
• Conduct A / B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance
• Build and maintain detailed campaign tracking systems and performance dashboards
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice development
• Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• with proven track record of managing successful campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Manager)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and performance tracking tools
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+ across multiple clients
• Deep understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles
• Proven ability to work independently in remote environments while maintaining high productivity
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms
• Experience with programmatic advertising and advanced targeting strategies
• Knowledge of marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution analysis
