We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s seen enough of the landscape to know : real growth doesn’t come from hacks — it comes from systems. This role is for someone who’s not just optimizing campaigns, but building thinking frameworks.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
- Leading strategy + execution across G Ads , Meta , and other relevant platforms
- Managing ad budgets with a clear sense of pacing, testing, and ROI
- Defining what success should look like — and aligning teams around it
- Turning data into direction, not just reports
- Being the performance voice in creative, product, and growth conversations
