Role Objective :
Accelerate JUSTDOGS' e-commerce growth by owning and optimizing full-funnel performance marketing across all paid digital channels. Drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROAS to scale our D2C channel aggressively.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Performance Marketing Strategy :
- Design and implement growth strategies tailored for D2C e-commerce - acquisition, retention, and remarketing
- Own paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Display), YouTube, Affiliate, and Influencer Boosting
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance plans aligned with business goals
2. Execution & Scaling :
Hands-on management of ad accounts with smart segmentation, bidding, creative testing, and budget optimizationOwn new customer acquisition, repeat conversion, and average order value (AOV) upliftSet up structured A / B tests for creative, landing pages, CTA, and audience cohorts3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with tech & product to optimize website UX, load speed, and mobile experienceIdentify drop-offs in the purchase funnel using GA4, Hotjar, and session recordingsDrive landing page optimization with high-intent content and performance creatives4. Analytics & Attribution
Maintain dashboards for key metrics : ROAS, CAC, LTV, Blended vs Channel-wise performanceDeep dive into cohort analysis, contribution margin, and retention from paid cohortsEnsure accurate tracking (via GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion APIs, UTM hygiene)5. Creative & Content Alignment
Work with in-house and agency creative teams to brief & validate ad creatives tailored for conversionTest static, video, carousel, and dynamic creatives across channelsInnovate with pet-parent centric messaging, emotional triggers, and seasonalityKPIs :
