As part of our India growth journey, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT staffing who can drive client acquisition, build relationships with CXOs, and close key accounts in the Indian and international markets.

Role Overview

You’ll lead the charge in expanding our IT staffing business. From lead generation and sales strategy to relationship building and contract closures — your mission is to grow revenue and unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive end-to-end business development for IT staffing
• Identify, connect with, and win over new clients in IT services, BFSI, Telecom, and Product sectors
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Pitch Dautom’s talent solutions to decision-makers – CXOs, HR Heads, Delivery Leads
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure high-quality, timely candidate delivery
• Respond to RFPs, create proposals, and close deals with strong negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently exceeding targets
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategy
