Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven background in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the IT and Non-IT staffing space across permanent and contract hiring
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions

Key Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong experience in business development and client acquisition in the staffing / recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing models
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong networking abilities and market intelligence in the Bangalore region
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in business development within the staffing industry
