Manager Business Development (Professional Staffing Non-IT)
Job Description :
As a Business Development Manager in our Professional Staffing division, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing client relationships across non-IT sectors such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Consumer, Pharma, and Infrastructure. You will be accountable for expanding our presence with enterprise clients, building strategic hiring partnerships, and working closely with delivery teams to offer customized workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth :
- Identify, pitch, and convert new enterprise accounts for professional staffing mandates across PAN India.
- Build a pipeline of mid-to-senior level hiring requirements across roles such as Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and SCM.
- Own monthly / quarterly revenue and GP targets.
Strategic Account Management :
Establish CXO-level connects and drive solution-led conversations with TA, CHROs, and business heads.Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business by understanding evolving hiring needs and market gaps.Market Intelligence & Solutioning :
Stay ahead of talent trends across sectors, skill clusters, and geographies.Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing to design winning pitches and differentiated proposals.Commercials & Contracting :
Negotiate commercials, margins, SLAs, and close MSAs with client procurement and legal teams.Work closely with finance to ensure timely billing and collections.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Proven success in B2B business development within staffing, recruitment, HR services, or consulting.Strong understanding of the non-IT hiring landscape and professional workforce trends.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a bias for action and outcome ownership.Exposure to CRM tools and funnel tracking mechanisms.Success MetricsNew client wins & active mandatesQuarterly revenue booked & gross margin achievedRepeat business ratioClient satisfaction & SLA adherenceConversion rate of pitches to closuresWhy Join Us?
