Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager to lead AdLift's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving lead generation, building brand presence, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. This role will require leadership, innovation, and proficiency across demand generation, CRM tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to fuel business growth, positioning AdLift as a leader in the performance marketing space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts for optimal lead conversion.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation channels, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
Marketing Strategy
Drive the overall marketing strategy to build AdLifts brand and generate demand, including content marketing, SEO, and PPC strategies.Identify new opportunities to drive business growth via digital marketing channels.Set and manage budgets for marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI.CRM Management & Email Marketing
Oversee CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads, manage customer relationships, and drive nurturing campaigns.Create and manage automated email campaigns to engage and convert prospects.Analyze and optimize email performance, segmentation strategies, and messaging for higher engagement.SEO & PPC Campaigns
Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth and enhance AdLifts visibility across search engines.Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels, to ensure effective budget utilization and high-quality lead generation.Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics and others to monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to the leadership team with recommendations for CollaborationWork closely with the sales, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Core Skills & Proficiencies
Lead Generation & Demand Gen : Deep experience in creating and executing strategies that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and optimize conversion rates.CRM Tools : Expertise in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads, track customer journeys, and drive marketing automation.SEO : Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies, tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.PPC Management : Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPCplatforms to optimize campaigns and drive leads efficiently.
Email Marketing : Proven experience in building and managing high-impact email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.Analytics Tools : Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to track performance, interpret data, and drive actionable Content Marketing Expertise : Experience in developing content strategies that align with SEO and PPC campaigns to drive engagement and leads.Marketing Automation : Experience with advanced marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).Experience in B2B Marketing : Previous experience working in B2B marketing or with agencies targeting enterprises and startups.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead a marketing team and drive initiatives from ideation to execution.Tech-Savvy : Knowledge of various marketing tech stacks and tools that enhance campaign efficiency and Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).5-8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a performance marketing agency or B2B SaaS company.Strong track record in driving lead generation and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms.What We Offer
