Senior Marketing Manager - Growth

Job descriptionYou live and work off AI tools 2–4 yrs growth or product-marketing experience in B2B SaaS / fintech. Proven record orchestrating agencies and cross-functional teams—briefs, SLAs, retros, repeat. Graduate of a tier-1 engineering or business school (IIT, IIM, ISB or equivalent global MBA) with a track record of high achievement. Fluent in funnel analytics and confident telling stories with data. Able to distil complex debt products into founder-friendly value propositions.

Backed by top-tier investors, Recur Club is building the infrastructure (faster, smarter and Founder / Promoter first) to power credit distribution at scale.
What you’ll drive
- Quarterly growth OKRs : Define targets, budgets, timelines and keep every channel on tempo.
- TOFU momentum : Shape topic roadmaps and KPIs, then brief and refine output from our SEO and PR agencies.
- MOFU acceleration : Partner with the in-house ABM manager and content creators to craft cohorts, assets and nurture paths that convert curiosity into pipeline.
- BOFU impact : Prioritise sales-enablement assets, structure win-loss reviews and pinpoint friction to close deals faster.
- New growth levers : Test smart plays—founder calculators, micro-events, communities—without blowing budgets.
